Terms of Use

You must have permission to access every computer, account, network, and file you use with Gale. You are responsible for commands you run and for reviewing agent-generated actions before approving them.

You may not use Gale or its hosted services to violate law, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, distribute malware, or infringe the rights of others.

The core terminal and direct connection features remain available without a Gale Pro subscription. Gale Pro unlocks the agent workspace and eligible hosted features.

Gale Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase sheet apply to your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel or manage it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Gale connects to systems and third-party services you choose, including Apple, Tailscale, cloud providers, coding agents, and your own servers. Their terms and availability apply separately. Midnight Labs does not control your computers or third-party services and is not responsible for their content or outages.

Remote shell access can modify or delete data. Keep independent backups, protect credentials, verify host keys, and use least-privilege accounts. You accept the risk of commands and agent actions you authorize.

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We will not intentionally remove prepaid subscription access without providing a legally required remedy. Hosted services may have reasonable usage, file-size, retention, and rate limits.

Midnight Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use Gale under these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Midnight Labs and Gale marks, software, and original content remain our property or that of our licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gale and related services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free remote execution. Liability is limited to the amount you paid Midnight Labs for Gale during the preceding twelve months, except where law does not permit that limitation.
